Sustainable Community Projects

St. Anthony Trailer Park:

St. Anthony Trailer Park is located in Mecca California. The park over 80 (need correct number) units with over 160(need correct number) living here. The main issue in the living conditions is poor infrastructure. Arsenic has been found in high levels in the area, creating unsafe drinking water. We have installed Reverse Osmosis water filtration systems, as an innovative and cost effective alternative for providing reliable drinking water.

Upcoming Projects:

Since January 2010 Pueblo Unido CDC has achieved critical milestones to stabilize the infrastructure including the implementation of a reverse osmosis filtration system, wastewater lift station and electrical system upgrades. Currently, PUCDC is in process of building a secondary onsite well to provide domestic water to the residents, community gardens and learning center.

San Jose & Bea Main Community Center:

This is a community driven project that took 5 years to complete. We are proud to announce the center is open for the community and helping the youth with a brand new computer center. We also built a new well and installed the Reverse Osmosis water filtration systems, giving the Oasis Park community clean and safe drinking water.
